Municipal engineering knowledge: bored pile drilling -- what is reverse circulation rotary method

From the Internet at 16:48, April 28, 2018【 large ? in ? Small [Print] [I want to correct]

What is reverse circulation rotary method?

1. When the drill pipe is lengthened, a rubber ring with a thickness of 3-5mm should be padded between the flange joints, and the bolts should be tightened to prevent air and water leakage. The drill bit should be inserted about 20-30cm from the bottom of the hole, and the drilling should be started slowly when the drilling rig is started.

2. When drilling in hard soil, use first gear speed and free footage; when drilling in high liquid limit clay and low liquid limit clay with sand, use second and third gear speed and free footage; when drilling in sandy soil or containing a small amount of pebble, first and second speed should be used and footage should be controlled; after entering rock stratum, weight should be increased according to geological conditions to enhance the stability and drilling strength of the bit Degree.
